When will I be charged, and when does my first dispatch ship?
You're charged the day you join. Your first dispatch ships the first week of the following month — for example, if you join on the 14th of March, your first sealed envelope arrives in early April. New content inside the Restricted Archive unlocks immediately.
How often is content released?
New content is released the first of every month, with occasional surprise drops.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Memberships can be canceled at any time. Just login to your Account and click on Orders to update your subscription.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. The Archive Dispatch ships worldwide in a flat sealed envelope. International members receive the same swag as US members; transit time varies by region.
What if I miss a month or join mid-month — do I get past dispatches?
No, you'll only recieve future mystery swag.
Is the Restricted Archive content downloadable?
Short stories are available as downloadable PDFs and EPUBs for offline reading. Backgrounds, art, and bonus materials are downloadable as well. eARCs are time-limited and tied to your active membership.
